Further to the announcement by the Royal Malaysian Customs Department, the Sales and Services Tax (SST) rate will increase from 6% to 8%, effective 1 March 2024, on our services, including maintenance, support fees and Software/Licence.

The SST rate that shall apply on our Invoices to you for:

services rendered before 1 March 2024 : 6%

services rendered on or after 1 March 2024: 8%, unless such invoice has been paid or settled by 29 Feb 2024.

For further clarification, please refer to the draft Transitional Rules as issued by Royal Malaysian Customs Department on 7 February 2024.
