AIT collects and retains personal Information about you only when you have communicated with us by email, social media and when you use AIT’s services. We use that information to provide and operate our service and solution, as well as services improvement, contact, and research.

We will also collect your data through the hardware devices (only if you subscribe to our services) that installed on designated location (that agreed by our customer). We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, photo, contact number, email, password, communications); comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, date/time and personal profile.

 

We do not collect financial data (bank account, credit card) or any financial transaction data.

AIT’s website and cloud services/product uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology. AIT owns the code, databases, and all rights to the AIT application; our customer retains all rights to the data.


Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform and our service is hosted in AliCloud. Both Wix.com and Alicloud provides us with the online platform that allows us to promote our products and deliver services to you. Your data may be stored through both provider’s data storage, databases and the general applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

 
 

Links to other websites


Our web sites and services may contain links to and from other web sites or services. We cannot guarantee that web sites other than our websites will respect and protect your Personal Information. You should read the privacy statements/policies of other web sites when you visit them. We are not responsible for the content of websites other than our web sites.
